SHIPPING INFORMATION
As soon as you we have received your order we will send you an order confirmation by email including your order Number. Once your order is packed up and ready to go we will send you a second email with a tracking number to let you follow your package as it makes its way to you.
We ship orders Monday – Friday 9am-4 pm CET with exception of Greece National Holidays.
Kindly note that all orders are subject to payment clearance and stock availability.
EUROPEAN UNION SHIPPING
All orders within the European Union are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) - i.e. your order will not be subject to any additional charges.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis and may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which you are responsible for.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.
If you refuse your order or if we cannot deliver the goods because of wrong or faulty information, we will deduct the shipping and any other fees such as import taxes and duties that have been added, from your refund.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
GIGI KOKO has a 14-day return policy: you have 14 days from when your order is delivered to ship/postmark it back for a refund or exchange.
Please always contact GIGI KOKO by email to shop@gigikoko.com including your order number before returning any items. Please also let us know if you are missing your return shipping label and we will provide you with one.
Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned merchandise and are based on stock availability. Exchanges are shipped to you free of charge. Should you be interested in a different color or style, please return your item/s to us and simply purchase the new piece separately at GIGIKOKO.COM.
We handle returns and exchanges during business hours 9am - 5pm southern Europe.
EUROPEAN UNION RETURNS
Pack your order in the original shipping box, or equivalent.
Place the provided return shipping label on the box and contact your local DHL office to arrange for a pickup. Please note that you will bear the cost of return shipping, deducted from your refund. We will use the cheapest option available for your region to return the order.
Once we have received your return safe and sound, your refund will be credited to the same payment method from which the order was originally paid. Please allow up to 7 business days from when we receive the return for the balance to update.
A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods (including shoe box and/or dust bag) more than was necessary.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Items must be returned to us in perfect condition accompanied by the return information label.
Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tag and seal still attached.
All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you have decided to keep them.
Shoes should be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product.
Please make sure to return the shoes and shoe box inside another solid carton box to not damage the original packaging.
QUALITY GUARANTEE
If an item received is classified as faulty and was received damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt.
If items have a manufacturing fault that occurred within a 12-month time frame after purchase, please contact us immediately.
PAYMENT TERMS
When placing an order with GIGIKOKO the order amount will be reserved on your credit card. Payment is only debited from your card at time of dispatch. Also note that, for security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.
